Beautiful home in quite neighborhood. Nice backyard with hot tub ready for you to relax the stress of the day away. Located 5 minutes from The Village, restaurants and parks. Great neighborhood for walking. Easy access to the freeway. 10 minutes to downtown Meridian, Eagle and 15min to Boise. Nice kitchen with double oven and all the amenities.

Property was neat and clean. Had all the essentials needed by us. The fireplace did not work, and the BBQ grill was soiled! Other than that, everything was Great! We enjoyed our stay!!!

The amenities were just as it showed on the web site. Everything worked fine except for the humidity fan in the second bathroom. One compliant is there are no curtains for the small backdoor windows. We could see into neighbors' windows, so they could see into our windows. There was a car in the driveway when we got there. We were told it would be move in a couple of days. It stayed there for the entire three weeks we were there. This meant one of our cars was on the street the whole time. We are local to this area, and we felt the house was cool. So, you'll need to bring a sweater or use the fireplace in the living room when it is cold outside. This was our first time with hard wood flooring and it can be "echoy". I would recommend this place if you are visiting the Boise/Meridian area. It is convenient to local shopping

The house was amazing. Well maintained and had more than enough of anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make home made bred with our granddaughter. It was clean, comfy, quite, and very safe in a wonderful neighborhood. Will definitely see if this is available next time we visit family in the Meridian area. We will also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing stay in Meridian.

Honesty, the house itself was great! What wasn't so great was getting locked out of the house at 10pm because somehow the inner door of the garage which leads to the laundry room got locked, which requires a key, which we didnt have. I only received the garage code, not the front door code. With no response from the host, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service while he and I both attempted contact with the host, unsuccessfully. Finally, he was able to find the front door code on a previous booking, which is scary because this should be changed after each guest departs. The host finally responded the following morning, but at that point, we would've had to have slept in our car overnight. Again, the house was great. Comfortable, roomy, the hot tub was amazing! However, I had received no communication from the host from the time of booking, up until this experience. Even then, there was no apologies, just, "Glad it worked out." I would absolutely stay here again, but these communication issues need to be resolved for future guests.

We did not use the hot tub but the backyard was very inviting. The overall house was clean but I've stayed in cleaner. There was left over bottles in the refrigerator, and showers we did not like that. The tub is slippery, the master bathroom had one sink that seemed to clog easily. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen, dinning room area was set up nicely.

Be careful, especially senior citizens. The kitchen floor has a drop off step down to livingroom. The rug and flooring all match, so is easy to fall. My brother did fall and hit his head on the wall. A contrasting rug at bottom of the step off would help alot.

Comfortable Home in nice neighborhood

The house is as described. Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Responsive property manager. Easy to check-in. Enjoyed the backyard, it was a bit warm to use the hot tub, but thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Great Location

The home is as described. It’s decorated very nicely and felt homey. Everything you’d need for the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms but we only used the master. The bed was really comfortable. We would highly recommend this home if you ever visit Idaho. It’s perfectly located in the middle of wherever you want to go.

Exceeded expectations!

I loved this house… The homeowners were fantastic and quickly responded to anything I needed. It was the perfect location to get to every part of the Boise/Meridian area that I needed to get to. The neighborhood is beyond safe… The neighbors were nice. I can’t say enough good.
