"If you do not speak French, make sure you have the Google Translate app for all the signage inside. If you have to call them, there is no English option in the recorded menu, stay on the line and someone eventually answers.
It looked Chic and the price was right, but the lack of communication and random issues made the stay stressful.
Firstly, we never received the check in email with the codes to get into the building and our room #. We had to call. It was only by accident that we found out...

"We were very happy with our stay. This was our first visit to area so always a little unsure of location. Condo is in a nice location outside city but easy access to go tour Quebec City. Other tourist attractions are close by. Unit was clean and roomy with nice view of St. Lawrence. Seemless check in. Would stay here again if ever in area."

"We visited during 2 weekdays. Very cute and clean, 1-ply toilet paper so bring your own. The house sits at the top of an incline so all the AM workers are revving their car engins to get up to the stop and turn left or right. The mattresses are soft like sandwich bread, if you need something firmer you will need to sleep in on the pull out in the living room. The spa is on the porch overlooking the parking and the busy street, I would have liked if they had a privacy panel. My bf said the spa...
