"Staff was nice!"

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"The property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hotel and I would stay again. The staff was amazing. Very nice and quick to respond. There was a small incident with linen on one bed. Staff quickly brought up a change. Not sure if this was a weekend thing, but breakfast was $10.00 per person. Not really expecting that. The breakfast was okay and the item that stood out were the potatoes. Overall good stay, clean and safe. "

"Pool was closed no water. Food for breakfast was terrible even at 7 am when breakfast started. Shower was disgusting soap left in the tub soap scum all over tub had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves, tooth paste build up on mirror in bathroom used q tips on floor next to beds staff was rude and unprofessional. Over all terrible experience stains on sheets she's had marker all over them looked dirty."

"The building is big, nice but signs of age. Painted areas outdoors are faded. Light fixtures outside lounge area missing bulbs. The bed mattress was due replacing. We slept in body craters. My wife's head was lower than her feet due to the worn out mattress. "
