Alles war sehr gut wie Lage am See, der angelegte Garten, der Parkplatz und die beiden kleinen Häuser. Der selbstgenutzte Bereich im Garten vom Besitzer hätte abgezäunt sein können und ein Sichtschutz wäre empfehlenswert. Die nahe liegende Hauptstraße war leider sehr befahren.
