"I found several roaches in my room and when I notified the staff they moved my to a different room on a different floor. The new room had roaches as well. I cancelled my reservation and moved to another hotel."

"The hotel is operated by the School of Hospitality and Hotel Management and they gave us an excellent stay. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and check-in was very easy. They gave us a list of their recommended restaurants in the area and they were separated by cuisine type which made finding dinner easy.
