Villa Sanddorn WE 01 - 2-room apartment

From the Villa Sanddorn to the beach of Börgerende, you are only a few steps away. This unique location and the outstanding architecture lend Villa Sanddorn a special charm. The individually furnished apartments in the 2013 completed Villa Sanddorn have balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the ground floor to the penthouse apartments. For excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities the Villa Sanddorn is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park in the neighboring building, a parking space in front of the house or a parking space near the building. The house has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

2-room apartment:
The friendly, bright 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Sanddorn and is suitable for a maximum of three persons. A small dog can make free holidays.(Once 12,00 € pet cleaning) In the bedroom, furnished with bright, high-quality brand furniture, you have a wide double bed and a spacious, three-door wardrobe. The open kitchen has dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. In the living room is a comfortable, extendable couch for the third person. The equipment in the living room includes a couch table, TV cabinet with TV, DVD player and a small stereo system. A classic wooden dining table with four chairs completes the decor. The modern bathroom has a generous, floor-to-ceiling shower. Above the washing table is a large crystal mirror. On the balcony are a garden table and three chairs. In the storeroom are cleaning utensils and storage space for your suitcases. The apartment has a free parking space.   Bed linen, children's bed and high chair chargeable.   Non smoking. Max. Small dog up to 8 kg (one time 12,00 € pet cleaning) Get the right to one of the coveted beach chairs and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Außen Hui und innen Pfui - so könnte man es beschreiben !?

Liebe Vermieter der Ostseetraum-FeWo, Jedoch gibt es verschiedene Punkte die ich ansprechen muss. Zu aller erst ist es absolut keine familienfreundliche Grundeinstellung von Ihnen als Vermietung: Hochstuhl und Reisebett kostenpflichtig zu vermieten, wo Sie sogar noch mit dem Slogan „Familienfreundlich,Strandnah & Anspruchsvoll“ werben, das ist eine absolute Frechheit !!! Dann mussten wir leider doch 2 „Bettlaken“ nachbestellen in Ihrem Büro und dann haben wir 2 Bettbezüge bekommen, was auch alles passieren kann. Es kann und darf jedoch nicht passieren das ein solch versüffter Bettbezug, nach Lieferung einer Reinigungsfirma noch rausgegeben wird. Des weiteren wird in Ihrer Objektbeschreibung geworben, das es eine Fußbodenheizung in dem Objekt gibt…Fehlanzeige war das im Mai die Heizung schon ausgestellt war – es kann im Mai auch an der Ostsee noch sehr kalt sein, vor allem mit einem Baby in der Wohnung. Bei der ersten Begehung der Wohnung fiel außerdem sehr negativ der volle Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon auf, ein absolutes No-Go ! Es wird von Ihnen erwartet , das Geschirr und die Spülmaschine sauber hinterlassen wird und wir finden beim ersten Kochen zwei Töpfe und eine dreckige Pfanne vor. Das darf einfach nicht sein und muss kontrolliert werden, wenn es so von Ihnen vorgegeben wird. Im Badezimmer ist uns ein verrostetes Metallteil in der Dusche aufgefallen und !! SCHIMMEL !! im Abflussbereich der Dusche. Schimmel ist gesundheitsschädlich und sollte so schnell wie möglich entfernt werden. Der Staub auf Lampen, Lampenschirmen und der Garderobe oben drauf sollte auch durch eine, von Ihnen beauftragte Reinigungsfirma mal gereinigt werden, wenigstens 1x im Monat. Wir sind noch vor der Hauptsaison hier in der Wohnung gewesen, da kann man einfach erwarten eine saubere Wohnung aufzufinden. Flecken an den Wänden in verschiedenen Räumen müssen auch mal entfernt und dann neu gestrichen werden. Laub auf der Terrasse gehört auch im Frühling entfernt für die Hauptsaison. Wir Mieter zahlen so viel für die Ferienwohnungen, da kann und muss man es auch erwarten können oder wozu zahlen wir Endreinigungen? Manch einer kann sich nur selten Urlaube leisten und genau deshalb sollten SIE, als Vermieter, alles dafür tun um glückliche Mieter/Menschen am Ende des Urlaubs zu haben. Ihre Vermietung hält absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Super schöne Anlage Nahe des Ostseestrandes

Wir waren zu zweit plus Hund unterwegs für 3 Nächte. Wichtig auf der Suche war uns die Nähe zur Anlage, die Unterbringung mit Hund und der Gesamteindruck. Die Villa Sanddorn ist neu gebaut und nett eingerichtet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Wir haben ein sauberes und geräumiges Badezimmer vorgefunden, eine offene Wohnküche, sowie ein zum Gesamteindruck passend helles Schlafzimmer mit ordentlichen Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten für den Schlaf. Die Wohneinheit hat komplett Bodenheizung verlegt und bietet genügend Platz für zwei Erwachsene plus Hund und eventuell Kleinkind. Insgesamt fanden wir die Einrichtung äußerst praktisch ohne dabei wenig ansehnlich zu sein. Die Betten sind gepflegt jedoch hart. Vorteil dabei, wer früher aufsteht, hat mehr vom Meer! Der Service bei der Buchung war top. Von Buchung, über Schlüsselabholung bis hin zur Abgabe war alles einwandfrei und es wurde sich stets unkompiziert, schnell und freundlich gekümmert. So, wie man es sich eben vorstellen würde. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist absolut gegeben. Mit zwei Minuten Fußweg bei gemählichem Tempo ist damit sogar näher als jeder Zeltplatz. und wer will schon im Winter an der Ostsee zelten ?! ;-) Einzig das WLAN für die Netflixabende haben wir vermisst. Allerdings ließ sich dies auch schon in der Beschreibung vor der Buchung hier nicht finden daher. Sollte dies eigentlich keine Überraschung sein. Eventuell aber eine Überlegung für den Vermieter dies "nachzurüsten". Falls dies vermehrt angefragt würde. Wir kommen auch ohne WLAN wieder!
