"Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. "We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining...

"Great stay overall. Initial check in was a bit slow. Our room was put facing the main road with the tram running which can be noisy. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t think was worth €20pp compared to another hotel we stayed at where breakfast was already included in the price. Otherwise staff generally attentive. "
