Welcome to our cozy, central apartment - a quiet respite in the middle of the city

This bright and cozy apartment is located in a very central area, within walking distance of trains, buses, ferries, the hospital, and downtown. Despite its central location, the apartment is situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood—perfect for those who want both convenience and peaceful surroundings. Free parking is included.

The apartment is ideal for larger groups, students on retreat, commuters, temporary workers, and anyone who needs to live near the hospital. Here you’ll find excellent amenities for living, working, and relaxing.

About the Apartment
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, with the exception of the outdoor storage sheds and a locked closet in one of the bedrooms. We live here ourselves when the apartment is not rented out, so there are some personal belongings in the apartment.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. On the lower level, there is an additional living room, one bedroom, and a half-bath. The basement room has some simple exercise equipment available for use, including resistance bands, free weights, and a suspension trainer—perfect for a workout at home.

The apartment has good, stable Wi-Fi, TVs with Chromecast in both living rooms, and TVs with Chromecast in all three bedrooms. There are also designated workspaces, making the apartment well-suited for a home office and studying.

– Free parking right in front of the garage, as well as street parking
– Bus service on the parallel street with departures every 10 minutes, including to the airport
– Bicycles available for loan by arrangement
– A smart bike trainer with a bike can be borrowed by experienced users

Events and parties are not permitted in the apartment, as we want a quiet and pleasant living environment.
