"Nothing about this review is personal. I think it's only fair that people have the info before spending time & money. When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host...

"RV was really cute and the property manager was very friendly. Everything was clean and working which is a huge plus considering it was so affordable. Only things I missed was things like hand soap, shampoo, ect. The bed was pretty hard but not the worst I've been on. No TV so if you're wanting to watch something you'll have to bring your own. We didn't have time for TV so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay again "

"The cabin it was very conformable and the area very quiet perfect it was a wonderful vacation and the information that we got from you to get into the cabin it helps us thank you we'll do it again "

Clean close to the town for groceries and restaurants and antique shopping! We just had the most amazing time! Thank u for all the effort you all have put into to making our family trip one for the books!!! "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"Cozy little mountain cabin with a beautiful view of Lake Isabella. Comfortable. Note that the downstairs mini split is operated by a remote. I kept trying to use the wall controls and wondered why it didn’t turn on lol Nice patio for enjoying the view. "
