    Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach just steps away... Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. Modern finishes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with the basic essentials like coffee and spices. The condo is also stocked with shower soaps, beach toys, coolers..etc. Smart TVs, Bose soundbar, Alexa, video games, board games, books and more.

    A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

    ***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples as additional guests will have to sleep on the sectional sofa trundle bed in the living room and/or a queen blow up mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets) which is not like sleeping on the gel memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms. If you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as I do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save on accommodation costs and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***

    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
    I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .

    Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.

    For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

    TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS/FAMILY AND NEED TO BOOK EXTRA VILLAS?
    Please ask about the two other villas that are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and still have your own space.

Condo was fantastic, clean, fully stocked kitchen, even the grill was easy to use. The pool was fantastic, warm and looked right out to the ocean. Already recommended to friends and family. Would stay again!

Loved our stay this property! Beautiful, clean, and the perfect home base for a Grand Cayman family vacation. Beach view/access, and easy day trips to Rum Point and Seven Mile Beach made it unforgettable. The host was responsive and the space had everything we needed. Highly recommended, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The place was clean and well-stocked, except for tissues, LOL. It’s a really nice place! Beach view was from the patio, but it was shaded and nice. Livia the host was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The property was where we needed it to be, (between East End and George Town) and convenient to shopping and amenities.

The place was great and so spacious! We have two pre-teens and it was wonderful for us to have so much space to spread out and relax. It also had everything we needed, even cooking ingredients and plenty of beach stuff. The location is great if you plan on renting a car and beach-hopping. It’s very centrally located. We ended up beach-hopping quite a bit because it was a windy week and the beach at the villa was a bit too windy for us. However, it is beautifully maintained every day.

We had an amazing time at this property. The host was extremely quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was lovely — clean, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful items that made our stay even better. The location is fantastic with great beach access, and the area is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

The beach, pool and location are wonderful. You are 20 minutes from Georgetown, 20 minutes opposite direction to rum point and our favorite restaurant Tukkas. Our host Livia was so accommodating to us after getting stranded on island from storms in US. every day being canceled I would reach out and ask to extend stay.

Great two nights in Bodden Town. The Unit was clean, comfortable and we would stay again on future trips. The sand was raked each morning, and there was good snorkeling. The location made walking to several local restaurants a breeze. Our host was responsive, and had several stables (coffee!) for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and our favorite was sitting outside for coffee on the patio with views of the water.

The unit was clean, kitchen well stocked, porch off living area was great for fresh air, ocean view, two bedrooms upstairs, bed was a bit firm and prefer king over queen, overall a great place to stay, would return. Our host was helpful and appreciate her quick responses.

Location is perfect for what we wanted- peace and tranquility! Most days we were the only people on the beach. The condo is central to everything - 30 minutes to West Bay, Starfish Point and East End. It is easy to find and you have a dedicated parking spot. It is literally steps to the beach! Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with views of the water and the sound of the waves and at night we loved the beach chairs to watch the sunset and stargazing. Beach is gorgeous! Powdery sand, staff keep the beach clean, water is crystal clear and warm and snorkeling is fantastic. When you are tired of salt water, the pool is a great option. We loved walking on the beach looking for sea glass and shells which were plentiful. The condo is clean and well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, body wash, insect repellent, beach toys, etc). We saved a lot of money cooking our own suppers. The condo is a good size with two large bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom and large closets. My family of 7 never felt cramped. We felt right at home. Our host was absolutely amazing! Any questions or concerns we had before we left and during our stay, she responded to promptly. She made our whole vacation stress free by being accommodating and providing an option when the pool was unexpectedly closed for a few days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property was so perfect for our Family of 5 3 children ages 6-11 on kids. The host was on top of everything. The location is perfect ! 30 mins to either side of the island. The kitchen has so many pots and pans we saved a fortune grocery shopping and cooking our meals there. This was a vacation the kids will never forget. Beach access was perfect swimming and snorkeling feet from out front door. We loved our stay and when we return to the beautiful Grand cayman I can’t think of staying anywhere else!

the perfect place to stay for peace and relaxation

What a wonderful place to relax for the week. What we enjoyed the most about staying here: enjoying coffee on the balcony, the semi-private pool, the semi-private beach with shore snorkeling, the inviting and bright space. Livia is very responsive, even offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Great Location

We didn't want to stay in the crowded 7-mile beach area, so we chose Bodden Town instead. The property was perfect for the 3 of us -- close enough to walk to a few places and not too far to drive to others. There were only 10 units so the pool and beach were never crowded. The people (locals & visitors) were all very friendly.

Lovely vacation spot on the beach!

This beach spot is absolutely stunning! The pool overlooking the beach is gorgeous, and number 10 has a patio with an ocean view. The kitchen is super clean and has everything we needed. The owner was really helpful when we had a small issue. We had an amazing time! It’s not too far from the botanical Gardens turtle farm and Seven Mile Beach. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby, and it feels more like a local place than Seven Mile Beach, which we’ve been to before.
