"A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. Plenty of very close restaurant, including Buddha Thai and Pickled Evenings where we dined. Rate them both highly. Easy to navigate the sights of Launnie from this...

"The city Park was close by and the QVMuseum not far by foot. I did not use the wifi as my security advised it was not safe! Our breakfast was not on our bill but I told the staff member we just had breakfast, so he added it. I appreciate it was busy. Loved the hotel. "

Fire doors in hallway were propped open the whole time. Noisy. Shower curtain was a foot too short and only went part way around the shower stall so most of the bathroom flooded during a shower. No fan in bathroom or squeegee so the water just sat there. No closet for hanging clothes. No luggage or bag storage..everything had to sit on the...

"Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway.
