Pappaw's Fishing Pad #1 in Bluff City TN offers a picturesque retreat nestled along the tranquil South Holston River, renowned for its trout fishing and named one of the top 5 rivers by USA Today. This cozy waterfront unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom provides 3 single beds, ideal for families or small groups. (Our nightly rate includes 2 guests, each additional guest is $40/night additional. (This is a very strict policy.) We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property. 

Step onto the deck and immerse yourself in the stunning river views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals. Inside, you'll find all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer, dryer, microwave, and coffee bar with To-Go Cups, Ground Coffee and K-cups along with assorted Creamers and Sweeteners. New 55" Smart TV in the Living Room offering most all of the streaming services. Bring your personal login info to enjoy your favorite streaming service. YouTube TV is provided for your convenience. 

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities available, from roasting marshmallows over one of the two fire pits to engaging in a friendly game of Horseshoes. Firewood is provided for your convenience, ensuring memorable evenings under the stars.

For those who enjoy grilling, both gas and charcoal grills are available, perfect for cooking up the day's catch or your favorite barbecue recipes. With self-check-in and ample parking for boat trailers, convenience is paramount at Pappaw's Fishing Pad #1.

Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
