Host was very welcoming. I had an issue with the lock when i arrived but he came up with an alternate solution quickly. Coffee pot would not work either but he provided a back up the same evening.

Tim was absolutely perfect! Quick to respond, would check in every once a while to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. The cabin is beautiful and the view is picture perfect from every direction. Would recommend this place to anyone and I definitely plan on making another trip back this year!

It was a good stay. The wife and me just wanted to get away for awhile. A couple things that I would advise you on is that along the other edge of the driveway there is a bad drop off for a long way. It is caused by rain off but you might look into getting some bigger rock so the water will not waste it away. Next there is patch of concrete that is right in the way of a turn around in the driveway. I did not bother it but it was in the way of getting out of the driveway. Cabin was great. Fire place was not working for some reason. It had stickers on it saying not to use, so we didn't. Clean refreshing and a nice get away place to come. Thanks

Timothy our Host was welcoming from the very beginning when I booked our stay over 3 months ago! The cabin itself was awesome and amazing! Everything we needed was already there and thought of. We made some great memories at Aska Rapids Cabin and will definitely spread the word of how we fell in love with Blue Ridge and Timothy’s gorgeous cabin…that was my gem that I found during our stay! 5 Heart Rating! The cabin is on a paved 2 lane road, 7 miles from stores. It is very private You can see the river thru the forest across the street and you can hear the river while enjoying the nature while sitting on the porch swing.We had a little problem checking in and Timothy, our host , immediately responded and took care of the situation immediately. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed, the cabin has 3 roku tvsThe living room has a gas fireplace which warmed up the cabin on the cool mornings.The kitchen has good appliances although I didn't cook I was on vacation from work!We spent 14 days at the cabin , it is very peaceful and Timothy is a great hostMy husband and I recommend this aska road cabin. This was an awesome place for a mountain getaway. The cabin was very clean and everything worked properly. The location was great - you really feel out in the woods, but you are still close to a really cool little store and a fantastic restaurant. We came up for motorcycling and the area does not disappoint. There is some of the best riding in the country right from this area. The road outside the cabin is a great road but it is very quiet in the cabin. Great for sleeping! There are tons of things to do in the area no matter what you like to do. All in all the cabin was fantastic and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

The best part about the stay was the location. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge and is literally right across the road from the Toccoa river. We ate at the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant which is about 2 minutes down the road. There are tubing, rafting and kayaking locations right down the road as well. The cabin itself was good. It's a little outdated but is worth the stay.
