🏡 Main Level

The heart of Blue Ridge Escape welcomes you with an open-concept living space designed for gathering. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, a 6-burner gas stove, and everything needed to prepare family meals. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, while the cozy living room offers a warm gas fireplace and Smart TV for relaxing evenings. You`ll also find a convenient half bath, laundry room, and easy access from the parking area and front porch. The spacious primary suite features a King bed, Smart TV, ample clothing storage, closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. Step outside to the expansive upper deck, perfect for entertaining and soaking in the mountain air.

🎮 Lower Level

The lower level is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Relax in the second living room with another gas fireplace, prepare snacks in the convenient kitchenette, or challenge your family to a game on the arcade featuring 1,000+ classic games. This level also includes a spacious bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for another couple or guests seeking extra privacy.

🛏️ 3rd Level

Kids will love the dedicated loft featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4 guests, along with their own cozy lounge space for movies, games, or reading. The third floor also includes a beautiful bedroom with a King bed, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private balcony to enjoy peaceful mountain mornings. A full shared bathroom completes this level.

🔥 Exterior

The outdoor spaces are made for making memories! Enjoy two oversized decks featuring a cozy outdoor fireplace, comfortable lounge seating, outdoor dining for 4, and a gas grill for evening cookouts. The lower deck offers a relaxing hot tub, fire table, and a one-of-a-kind custom swinging bed, with easy access down to the fire pit for s`mores under the stars. You`ll also find a basketball hoop, a paved driveway with easy year-round access, and a welcoming front porch lined with classic rocking chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful mountain setting.


Guests will have 24hr access via a keypad located on the front entry door.

Booking Requirements:
• Booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement of 28
• Max 2 dogs allowed, 70lbs or less
• NO CATS
• Booking guest will be asked to submit a photo of their ID in order to verify age
• Booking guest must sign a rental agreement after booking

Our hot tub is currently out of order. We hope to have it back and up and running before fall.
