"We just love the Blue Mountain Lake House. We have stayed here a few times now in the heart of winter. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. The owners take good care of the house, the property and their guests. There is always plenty of fire wood to burn while sitting around the gorgeous stone fireplace. The owner is responsive to any questions and even helped us get out of the snowy driveway when we didn’t have our winter tires ready. We love it! Now to return for a summer stay."

"We were greeted by 2 dogs before the host met us at the office door when we arrived and we stayed 3 comfortable nights. It was chilly weather but we had a thick comforter on our bed so we could enjoy the fresh air and still be warm. We had pizza with our host the first night and there were coffee shops for breakfast and coffee in the towns nearby we visited over the next few day. "Small but cozy building from early 20th century with add on living room and bathroom. Some of the instructions didn't match the reality ( lights on ,no wifi pw needed) . No tv,wifi was spotty.propane ,electric and space heating provided and heavy comforters.15 minutes from gore mt 25 to town with stores and restaurants. Need 4wd in winter due to gravel roads.Good value . Was warned about dog who woke us up barking outside wimdow at 10pm. Looks like it would be fun in warm weather with Hot tub...

"our host was so quick to answer and even when we had a few bumps with the heating, it was quickly fixed/ accommodated for us. the place was so cozy and charming it was a great place to wind down and relax after spending hours outdoors exploring trails and hikes. the beds were CRAZY comfortable, really made taking short naps a dangerous game to play lol Would 100% come back and recommend to others!"
