"The Hot Tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Would be nice to have known, prior to booking. Also, the pool was suppose to be heated, but was quite cold too. So, no luck on the water amenities. The employees all were very vague on the time it was going to be fixed. Giving you hope that it may happen that day. When we did get to the pool area, the hot tub was taped off, AND it was dirty and had large spiders in it… The room booked had a nice fireplace option,...

"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."
