"I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early...

"Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....

"The hotel is very nice but one of the elevators was down for the entire week there. They also advertise laundry, but they do not have machines available to guests so we had to go to a local laundromat. We were there for a softball tournament so having only one elevator was very inconvenient. Only later in the week did they put up a sign to use the service elevator. They were also out of bar soap for the first 2 days we were there so we had to get our own."

"I have stayed here a total of three times now. I feel very comfortable traveling alone and I choose to stay here when I visit my grandson. It’s convenient and off the main drag so it is also quiet. The staff has been very helpful each time I’ve stayed."

"Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. "

"Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive."

"It was my husband and I's 25th anniversary, so we decided to spend one night in Fort Collins. The front desk agent, Cheryl was extremely helpful with giving us the best venues to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I both appreciated Cheryl for taking the time out to help us. She was a true professional at her job and very personable. When I am traveling to Fort Collins for personal and business, I will stay there again. Thank You Cheryl!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy."

"My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind."
