"This was a nice well-kept two-story property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and confrontable. Served Starbucks coffee! Had some breakfast chooses. Not much in the area to do but right off the freeway for quick access to wherever you want to go. Close to Costco. Priced well. Would stay here again."

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. "I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. "Well maintained, quiet hotel. Breakfast is better than some in Ukiah. Recommended for the cost conscious."

"Clean room and linens. Table and chairs were nice touch for eating in. Shower was rather small and could probably use an update. A light in the area with the fridge/microwave would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again. Santana's next door was great for breakfast as well as the Shoreline Cafe. TNT on the Lake Bar & Grill was great as a dinner option."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."
