"The room was clean, bed was okay. The balcony view is misleading for the room we got as it looked into a group of trees. The staff was very friendly. The food was good as well as the drinks at the bar. The hot tub was very nice and hot!! The space down by the lake had chairs to sit in by the water. The only thing missing was a bonfire, the pit there was locked up not being used. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience. Would recommend and possibly go back should I be in the area again for vacation."

"Awesome view! This is a rustic experience. Don’t expect central heating or AC. The space does regulate temperature well enough but do bring firewood for the heating stove. Overall, great stay!! Will comeback for sure"

"The Wifi info that we were given did not work at all! We did not have WiFi the entire trip. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The coffee maker did not work, which we realized after several failed attempts. The TV did not work at all. We did not have any TV the entire trip. The place was completely empty, except for us. What a ripoff and scam this place is! Also, I will never use this booking site ever again. I feel betrayed and...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and directly in front of our room. Staff was wonderful. AC & ceiling fan in working order. Opened the sliding glass door at night to enjoy the night air. We came with our 20 lb dog and had a $25 dog cleaning fee which was reasonable. Would happily stay here sgain."

"Everything was great on Valentines day weekend. Was able to check-in early. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking was great. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time visiting Big Bear and Arrowhead. Perfect Arrowbear spot. This is my 2nd time here."

"I have stayed here countless times and while the showers were improved from the disgusting mold traps they used to be they have a troll of a manager who is rude and obnoxious and needs to learn the appropriate way to speak to someone."
