"Wonderful staff!"

"There were no amenities. No onsite garden bistro, no bottled water. The room was clean, parking one block away. Check out dismal. I checked out early 7:00. The staff member did not respond when I greeted him. When I placed the room key in the appropriate bin I said, I hope you have a lovely day. He did not look up or respond. My granddaughter was stunned as was I ! We will mot stay hete again"

There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. "We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained.
