"Charming old house, in a nice quiet neighborhood.The property is pet friendly, with that being said there was a faint pet / sour towel smell in the living room.The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great!Overall, it was good for our stay, and we will book again for another visit."

"Son graduated from ISU, and the location was great, close enough to the event and far enough from all the graduating traffic. Great communication with the host and very accommodating. Thank you. Well look them up again for our next graduate at ISU. "

"We chose Donna's home for a birthday party where we needed room for more people than I wanted in my own home. The house is so cute and was perfect for the party. Donna was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will hopefully use this home again in the future. "

"We were visiting our daughter at IWU and this was an excellent location just blocks from the school. House was very charming and super clean! Communication with our host was excellent. Overall, highly recommend! "

"Very nicely appointed property. A short walk to pubs. A great restaurant just steps away. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows, lots of light. Would stay here again."

"The historic Burr House is beautiful! Original owners in the 1860s were acquainted with Lincoln. Lovely woodwork, built in cabinets. Beautifully furnished with 6 bedrooms, great beds and bedding and towels. Plenty of hot water for 5 showers in a row one morning! Across the street is a charming park where children swing, people walk their dogs and the atmosphere is inviting. Great for reunions!"

"The property was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our event. The most used space was the big dining room table where all the girls got hair and makeup done before the wedding. The game room downstairs was a fun place to gather after the rehearsal dinner. There was plenty of room for all the guests to feel like they had their own private space. "

"The house we stayed in met a larger group needs. It’s located away from busy traffic but close to town. The host was amazing responding promptly and answering questions as needed."

"We have stayed here multiple times over the four years our son was in college. The house was close to our son, always clean and comfortable, and a great place to unwind and spend time with him. Getting ahold of our host was easy and effortless, but overall we never had any issues."

"This home is exactly as advertised. Clean, Quiet and in a good location. We had room to spread out and play games and we had plenty of bathrooms and hot water!"

"Bed was super comfortable !it’s a condo and Neighbor got quite noisy one night , nice park right behind this condo , couple things need Fixing , which mentioned to the owner except I forgot to mention the blinds in the bedroom need replacing ( broken pieces left clear views in) . Overall great for the price "
