Cozy 1st floor apartment. Towels, linens, pillows, and mattresses all new; chosen with comfort in mind. Guests have most enjoyed the Dimmitts Grove Historical district location and having this beautiful neighborhood to walk in & a short drive to downtown bloomington nightlife.

Hardwood & ceramic tile throughout with several beautiful plants. Minimal decor with very comfortable beds. Nespresso provided.

Deanna was absolutely amazing!!! She was accommodating. The house was clean and so nice to stay at. I would recommend staying at this house to everyone I know.

We were in town for Illinois State University's graduation. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and spent no time at the house other than that. We were welcomed by a delicious cake the host provided to us to celebrate our son's graduation which was such a nice touch! The home was very clean and tidy. The description says the beds are queens but I think they were doubles/full. Also the house is on a very busy street and we didn't get a great night sleep because there was traffic all night long, even though the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house as the street. For the price, it is definitely an affordable option and we wish we had discovered this property when our son started at ISU a few years ago instead of the weekend of graduation. If we're ever back in Bloomington, we will check availability here first!

It is a cute place that was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was large so cooking was easy. It was really convenient to get anywhere, especially the hockey rink.

Sheba Queen was a perfect location to the event we were attending. It was convenient to food and gas and the house was exactly what we needed. Small with ALL the amenities we could ask for. It was clean and very comfortable, which after a very long day of sitting through the NPC Mid-America Winter Classic, we appreciated! We highly recommend this home if staying in the Bloomington-Normal area! Definitely 5 stars all around!

We were in town for homecoming weekend and I was thrilled to find this VRBO near campus and downtown. It was spacious and we were able to fit a pack n play in both bedrooms. The AC worked well and having a full kitchen, large table, and washer and dryer accessible was really convenient for our family. The host was easy to communicate with and even went the extra mile to ship us back a baby monitor we forgot.

The house was in a great location and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the farmers market on Saturday morning. Also enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. Everything in the house was as described.

Great place for us to stay while visiting our daughter at ISU. Close to campus but away from the noise. Very clean and cool historic home. Owner was great to communicate with and even left some snacks for our arrival with a personalized note.

I really appreciate the little things that make a stay so much better, like coffee/creamer/water, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and surprise extras in a treat basket. I appreciate not needing to purchase or bring items when traveling light. The rental was cute, clean, quiet, and super comfortable. Easy parking, convenient location. Loved the plants and aesthetic. Great wifi, tv, and airconditioning. The host was very nice and super responsive. We travel to Bloomington a couple times a year from Colorado becuase my daugher attends IWU and this is our new favorite place to stay!

Lovely house, super clean, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Area is quiet. Home offered comfortable furnishings, beautiful house plants, big windows and lots of light. Excellent communication with owner and very easy to access house. Very clear instructions and information about the stay.

We came in for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, and stayed in this quaint and charming home. We did a lot of front porch sitting. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Short walk to the trail. Great visit ❤️

The house itself was a mixture of classic with modern style decorations and furniture. Check-in was extremely easy as well as checkout. The house was extremely organized and clean. There were tags on the cabinets to label the items inside, with an array of spices and cooking equipment. There was crisp air conditioning, it was wonderful, especially because of the heat. We loved the house in general. The only uncontrollable part was the slightly eerie feeling about the neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe.

For one of us coming from Milwaukee and one of us coming from St. Lohis, this was a great place to meet and hang out for a night. The unit is cute, comfortable, and super clean, for a great price. We look forward to coming back sometime!
