Boho-Chic Travel Pad Unit 2: Fireplace, Fun & Convenient

This is a colorful, clean and comfortable space that I have created for visitors to Bloomington. I recently renovated and decorated this unit based on my tastes and travels to over 75+ countries.

This is a fully enclosed apartment with its own entrance that is the middle of three units of an historic and unique triplex in the McDoel Gardens neighborhood, 5-min to the B-Line, Hopscotch Coffee, Cardinal Spirits and Southern Stone Restaurant. 15 min walk to downtown. 25 min walk to campus. No pet fees!

Family reunion

This little apt was just what we were looking for. Located close to family. Cottage was adorable. However one of the beds was very “creaky “ wasn’t able to sleep in it. Aside from that, yes we would stay here again

Apartment is clean, cozy, and well decorated! We found the large couch to be very comfortable and enjoyed the company of all of the house plants! Owner offers thorough communication, renting from her was a breeze.

Terrific Little Spot

I loved everything about this property...the vibrant colors, that sofa!, the fully equipped kitchen, the Turkish flourishes, the shower/showerhead, the gorgeous wood floors...the list goes on. Check was easy-peasy; the easiest I've ever experienced in this kind of property. Coffee was plentiful as were the coffee add-ins. Five Stars.

You Get What You Pay For

Place is cute and clean, however, listing is NOT accurate. Listing shows Living room as having a King Bed - it was a double at best. Listing also shows breakfast was included. In the fridge, was a half used carton of soy milk and a couple boxes of cereal on the counter. When asked, the owner said there were milk packets in the closet and that she tries to keep all fridges stocked. You don't leave used cartons of drinks for guests - no acceptable. If you can't manage breakfast, then remove it from the listing. We didn't arrive until late in the evening, banking on breakfast before heading to football game. Won't stay here again.

My cousin and I basically just wanted to get away for a few days to relax and catch up on each other's lives. So much better than hotel rooms. Shopped for food, stayed in and enjoyed our time together and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Charming retreat

Cute & Cozy Bloomington Retreat

We enjoyed our time at this Boho Chic rental in Bloomington! The unit was nicely appointed with all of the basic necessities (e.g., bath towels), including a Keurig for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet at night, and the rental is within walking distance of both downtown Bloomington, the IU campus, as well as Switchyard Park. The latter is especially convenient if you plan to be visiting with your dog! We will definitely plan to stay here again during future visits to B-Town!

A good value for Mom’s weekend at IU. Although the property had an HVAC issue, the owner was very accommodating and communicated well about it. We enjoyed the eclectic, fun, decor and attention to details.

Our favorite place to stay in B-town!

This was our second stay here. Once again we were welcomed by Nejla who provides excellent hospitality! We enjoy the boho decor and cleanliness of this apartment! Everything you need is provided from towels to a yummy breakfast and awesome coffee selection. With a 5 minute drive from campus it makes visiting our Hoosier so simple! We will be back!

Cute Boho Apartment

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was an interesting boho themed apartment space. Long story short my wife and I needed a place to stay with our dog. Not sure if I'd stay in the same place again, but for what it was I'm satisfied with our stay. The host was very nice and had great communication with us.

The host is wonderful and has provided everything you need during your stay. This apartment is spotless and very nicely decorated. It was so easy to get anywhere in Bloomington quickly. The grocery store is minutes away and enjoyed a 5 minute walk to Hopscotch Coffee each morning.
