"We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

"Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. That was such a tiny part of the visit, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again though. Overall I enjoyed the...

"We came to Bristol for a show at the Hard Rock. The property is several miles away but we were able to uber without difficulty. The property owners were on top of everything. We didn’t have trash bags or an iron and within an hour both were being delivered. There were 4 couples and we usually stay in rentals with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Having only 2 bathrooms wasn’t the most convenient but we made it work. There aren’t many rental options in Bristol that met our needs. The rooms...

"Super quiet little gem out in the valleys. We enjoyed our visit very much! Well equipped place with a lot of thought put into things and some more than just the basics in staples and condiments which was appreciated. Do NOT attempt this place in a car with low clearance as they are not joking about the driveway. It is steep and has water control speed bumps that are no joke. There is also a very steep left turn at the top of the mountain that reminded us of a roller coaster! Internet worked...

"We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back!"

"Our family stayed two nights while visiting Bristol for the NHRA races and found the location peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed, but we ate out for our meals. The property does have WiFi and streaming services which was nice. The deck and screened in porch is lovely as well. The house is older but well maintained. "

"I rented this for my elderly uncle to stay in for our wedding weekend. He loved everything about it and felt very comfortable. He said one of the mornings he was sitting on the porch drinking his coffee, when a baby owl landed near him and stayed there for a long while! "
