"The weather was a struggle, but that was not the fault of the property. Perfect location for our group. Train is close but manageable. Property manager was very responsive and worked with us on any issues. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property, because it is FANTASTIC! We love the space for our family of four, and having the master bedroom with en suite attached bathroom is perfect. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. There was also a significant fly infestation that seemed to be primarily in the kitchen. I wondered if food had been left out, or if the trashcan...

"Stayed here to attend Scarborough Faire in neighboring town Waxahachie (about a 45 minute drive). Exceptionally clean with comfortable mattresses and loads of room. Plenty for kids to do plus lots of wiggle room in fenced backyard. Everything we needed."

"Very nice property and very close to downtown. Only drawback and I know it’s a newly listed property was linens and paper goods. Other than that it was a great great place. Would stay again. "

"Unbelievable property and great stay. Beware the stairs. Not super friendly for those who can’t navigate heavy stairs. However, parking directly in front was no problem for us. Again, for those agile enough, perfect walking distance to the square. Dining, shopping, etc. We chose to travel and stay this year, as my wife loves to attend the Renaissance Fair for Mother’s Day every year and we wanted to make it a weekend versus a turnaround trip. Couldn’t have worked out better and will be repeating...
