Our spacious log cabin offers all the comforts of home with a touch of rustic elegance. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for several couples experiencing the bourbon trail or multiple families looking for a family getaway (12 guests maximum including children) . Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with cozy furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The heart of the home is our fully loaded kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients and enjoy them together in the open dining area. For those warm Kentucky evenings, dine al fresco on the expansive deck overlooking the lush landscape.
**Outdoor Oasis:**
Step outside and be amazed by the beauty that surrounds you. Our property boasts a private pool open seasonally (unheated) and hot tub (open year round), perfect for unwinding after a day of bourbon tasting. Lounge poolside with a refreshing drink in hand, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.
**Bourbon and Cigar Room:**
In the first outbuilding, you'll discover a bourbon and cigar room that will transport you to a bygone era. Bring your own cigars and relax in leather armchairs while savoring the fruits of your distillery tours. Challenge your friends to a game of poker at the table, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Smoking is allowed in this room only.
**Sports Bar and Game Room:**
The second outbuilding is a sports bar and game room where you can catch the big game on one of the three flat-screen TV or challenge your pals to a game of billiards, air hockey, or foosball. This space is perfect for celebrating victories or commiserating over defeats.

The Pool is open seasonally. Typically between April and September. The hot tub is open year round.
QUIET HOURS AND SECURITY CAMERAS
* While a rural area, we do have hardworking neighbors living on nearby farms. Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. For the protection of the guests and property there are 2 security cameras on the property in the following locations.
1. Outside at the front of the house pointing towards the driveway - This camera shows all cars who enter the property and the front door.
2. Outside at the Bourbon and Cigar Room entrance - This camera shows all cars and people who enter the driveway and the main house.
No cameras are located in the pool/hot tub area.
These security cameras record both video and audio day and night. They have no on/off switch. In addition, in an effort to be a good neighbor, there is a noise monitoring system that tracks db and will alert you and us if noise is too loud. It only monitors noise level and does not record conversations.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking (with the exception of the Bourbon and Cigar Room) and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside on the decks and landings. This includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes and drugs - including marijuana. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS POLICY. IF YOU SMOKE (EXCEPT THE BOURBON AND CIGAR ROOM) YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES ($250 Minimum).
NO PETS
* For guests with allergies, we are a pet free property. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a minimum of $250.
NO FOOD, ALCOHOL OR CIGARS PROVIDED. We are an guest rental home and guests will need to bring in food to make their own meals.
NO EVENTS, No parties or weddings allowed. Due to local laws, our STR permit only allows a maximum guests is 12 including children.
Minimum age for renters is 25 years old. Renter must stay at the property. No Parties and no events allowed.
