"We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in the Lake District. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect: peaceful and secluded, but only a short drive (or a long, scenic walk!) to some amazing views, great pubs, and some fantastic hiking trails. "Spa cottage was brilliant, it was clean, had everything you needed, very well furnished and its in a great location opposite the lovely village shop and right by the pub. Good walks nearby and everyone very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Braithwaite is such a lovely village."

"We stayed for 5 days and It was absolutely exceptional, views from front and rear are amazing , the rooms were immaculate the location was central to all areas , weather was perfect, visited many places in the Lake District but the Rose Cottage was by far the best 10/10from us & we will be back Alistair , Clare , Sue "
