For stays of fewer than 4 nights, the fee is 25.00 euros.<br><br>Bedding is provided by us for stays of 4 nights or more. <br>For stays of fewer than 4 nights, you may bring your own or rent it for 3.50 euros per bed.<br><br>Towels: Please bring your own or rent them for 3.50 euros (1 hand towel + 1 bath towel).<br><br>Always included in the rent are: water consumption, dish towels, dishcloths, and many small items such as soap, dish detergent, coffee filters, tea, sweeteners, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, .....<br><br>For our little guests, a crib and a high chair are provided.<br><br>In winter, 2 sleds are available for use.<br><br>Utility costs (you can read the meters yourself):<br>An energy-efficient condensing boiler from Vaillant was installed in January 2018.<br>Green electricity (0.35 € / kWh) and biogas LPG (€1.00/liter) for heating and hot water are generally billed based on actual consumption (meter reading) after your stay. <br>During the warmer months, costs are very low because there is no need for heating.<br>Calculating consumption costs is not an additional charge — as you may know from your home — that is paid in the summer, but rather the direct consumption resulting from the vacation period. It goes without saying that we cannot provide exact figures, as energy consumption depends on the outside temperature and guests’ individual heating habits. Approximately. Suitable for up to 8 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, 1 children’s room with bunk beds and a large desk, a bedroom with 2 beds + 1 children’s bed (1.60 x 0.70 m), and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. An additional crib and armchair are available. Built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner electric stove, range hood, and oven. The bathroom features heated floors, a large round shower with a skylight, and a heated towel rack. In addition to the large central patio, there is a smaller breakfast terrace under a cherry tree with an oil-slate table and fixed wooden benches. In the summer there is a barbecue, and in the winter there are two sleds. At the edge of the forest, a very quiet lot (approx. 900 sq. m.) on a mountainside with mature trees and sweeping views. <br><br>Since you, as the guest, will be the only one using the house and the grounds during your vacation, there is no winter maintenance service during this period. Gravel and snow shovels are available for use in case of snow or icy conditions.
