"Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. The kids were particularly thrilled with playing the provided board games (aggrevation was the favorite). We also put together one of the puzzles; we made it just in time before our departure. "A great home in a quiet location with the perfect layout for gathering. Such a nice cabin, the open concept floor plan was ideal for hosting, family time and fun. The rooms were a nice layout for two families to share the home. The back deck was large and fully fenced which was ideal for our small children! A quick route to town and near a huge field that was perfect for watching the best fireworks show! We had so much fun celebrating freedom on the fourth!"

"We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this home was one of the best. Well equipped with everything you might need. Nice linens and towels, comfortable beds and each room had it’s own heater. Best of all everything worked!! Easy exit instructions made clean up a breeze. We will definitely stay there again."

"We came for a wedding and really just needed a place to stay, but the house and neighborhood were so nice that it made me wish we were staying longer. Did have a chance to go thru some Graeagle shops and that was very quaint. Warning to visitors to make sure you bring your own coffee, and not K-cups. Clean staff needs to do a better job with pest control. Plenty of spider, web, and ant activity."

"Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable boho inspired mountain property. My toddler did great there and my dog enjoyed the cozy dog bed and fenced yard. My husband said the coffee pot was one of the best cups of coffee he has had. Thank you for accommodating us for the weekend. "

"One, the jacuzzi is small and old and needs to have more clean water.Two, the bed in the master is a soft.Other than that, location, ease of in/out and cleanliness were as pictured. "

"Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. Overall...a good time was had by all. "

"We are four friends on touring motorcycles and were ecstatic with the design and amenities of this house. It was the perfect stay with a queen sized bed in all four bedrooms, large wide rectangular kitchen, and plenty of deck area and seating. Close to town. Big TV. We’ll be back!"

"The location was wonderful-- very convenient to exploring the high country off the Gold Lakes Highway and the cute town of Graeagle. The property has stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it for mobility-challenged guests. It also doesn't have a hot tub, which one of my roommates thought was on the listing. But it is very roomy and has a huge kitchen with everything you could want, and even a pool table! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Celebrated thanksgiving with my sister who lives in the neighborhood. Perfect location for us and close to areas of interest. The unit was clean and warm. Short stay but we’ll be back for a summertime visit & golf!"
