"We really liked the condo, it was well furnished. The views were great. The gate code did not come in the emails we received. Then, the wifi password that was included in the email was not correct. The correct wifi password was in the binder on the kitchen counter. it would have been helpful to have some information on controlling the TV. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"We' ve been travelling here from California and staying at this fine Birch Bay house for many years, usually in July. The house is comfortable and attractively furnished, comfortable bed, nicely functional kitchen, and amazing views. Note that there are no staples like mustard, ketchup, mayonaisse so if you need these items you'll have to purchase them and then leave them when you depart (if you are flying in from another state, like we are). The garden is lovely and the neighborhood charming...
