"Lovely view of the ocean! Overall clean cottage with nice kitchen, comfortable front bedroom bed. Two "problems": the shower door was off it's track upon arrival and a drippy faucet in the "half bath/utility room" tub sink. The half bath has a toilet that's difficult for adults to access comfortably. Decor could use an upgrade, However, overall this property is comfortable, a great location, good parking right outside the door. We would come back!. "

"The house is super cute and clean with a great view from the roof. We were only here for a couple of days but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Plenty of room and stocked with everything you might need! Lori answered my questions super quick and was very nice. Would love to come back :)"

"This house is so close to the beach! The house is very big, but really quirky. The downstairs has 2 rooms that each have 2 sets of bunkbeds and a full size bed. Very tight but worked for the kids. Definitely not for adults. Also, the lighting downstairs was horrible, so the kids thought that it was very "creepy." The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved the open concept so that we could all comfortably hang out in the same area of the house. The upstairs bedrooms are huge but there is so much wasted...

"It is all about the views. Sitting at eye-level with the birds in flight (thinking about the bald eagle pair especially) is amazing. The beach is right there below. It is an incredible balcony to spend a vacation watching from. Thanks!"

"Really happy about our experience here. I was a little nervous because the price was so reasonable that I didn't want to hope for too much, but the place was very clean with so much attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the wifi fast, and the communication easy and effective. I don't have anything to complain about. It was a nice respite after a long day of travel! And close to some beautiful beaches! If we ever get to come back to this part of the country we would definitely stay...

"Excellent house with amazing view! Quick & easy walk down to the beach. House was very spacious for our extended family group of 6, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was amazingly well-equipped - everything was there! House was very accessible, with no steps leading to entrance and living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. This was important for an elderly family member!Loved the hot tub!Great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"We visited during Memorial Day weekend and love this house! The location is great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc., but off the beaten path enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loved kicking back on the deck and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. King bed was super comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The place is so homey and cute. Water pressure is heavenly! Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook all our meals, although there aren’t any cups for drinks outside...

"We were looking for a place to stay that was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Kickin It Up fit the bill nicely. The small but complete kitchen was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and had a nice market within a 3 minute walk for most all you needs."

"This house was perfect for our family of 7! The view cannot be beat and we loved being right on the ocean. The house had everything we needed and we truly loved our stay!"

"I went with a mom friend for a couple days just to take a break. My friend decided last min to bring her pup and it was so easy to communicate with the owner, super easy to get in and out. The stairs up are something so be ready to get your steps in, and it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Great view of the water. It was exactly what was needed."
