Highly sought after GROUND FLOOR fully furnished Jacob’s Landing WATER VIEW unit! This condo makes for an ideal recreational get away, or short term rental.

Enjoy sunsets over Birch Bay and access to the beach just 300 feet away from your door. Amenities include a clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball, and games room with foosball & ping pong tables. Outdoor amenities include basketball & tennis courts with a large grass yard for outdoor games. Jacob's Landing is conveniently located in the center of the bay, within short distances to restaurants, shops, water-slides, bike rentals, and the ever popular "C" Shop with homemade candies and treats.

Birch Bay is a great place for family fun including kayaking, bicycling, stand up paddle boarding, sea life and bird watching, state parks, go carts, mini golf and water slides. Swim in the unique shallow warm waters of the bay and at low tide; explore the sand bars, hunt for clams and crabs, build a sand castle or fly a kite. In the evening, build a fire right on the beach and roast hotdogs & s'mores!

Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future.

Beautiful overnight at the beach

My children and I had an incredible time staying at this beautiful condo. Just across from the street from the beach where we made a beach fire and watched the sunset. A quick walk to a handful of great places to eat, not to mention the large pool. My kids and I swam in that for hours. What a great experience! Thank you!

Great location, subpar cleanliness

Overall beautiful location with amazing ocean views! Access to the beach was wonderful. Cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. Being at the property for 20 minutes, the bottom of my 3 year old feet were black. Both carpet and wood floors were dirty-- parts of kitchen sticky.

Great Stay

cozy and well located place!

We stayed there over the weekend to escape from the day to day. I really liked the place. It was easy to find, it was close to the shore, close to good places to eat. The place was clean and I didn't have any issues at all to check-in, and everything inside the place was working fine.

Love Birch Bay!

What a terrific location! Can see the water from the patio, and a VERY short walk to the beach. Some things in the condo are showing some wear and tear, but it was a very comfortable stay for our family with young kids.

Amazing stay

We had such a fun time for the Fourth of July weekend with friends and their kiddo. Perfect spot to be near the beach and then sit back and watch the fireworks from a kid safe spot. We loved that they had wagons to help lug our stuff around to and from the beach. Hope we can stay again in the future!

Irene & her condo are the best!

Great location and unit

We come to Birch Bay every summer for a big family reunion and this is my second time staying at Irene’s ground floor unit. It was perfect for my kids to be able to run outside and play in the grassy area, and quick access to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
