Absolutely beautiful place. Great views. John at the front desk is such a great help and so nice letting us know about the property. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit again soon.

1 Star — An Unacceptable Experience and a Complete Failure of Hospitality I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but rarely have I encountered such an astonishing lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Despite having a reservation through Expedia that we were required to pay for, we were never even allowed to check in. We spent approximately 45 minutes patiently trying to find a reasonable solution. Rather than demonstrating any willingness to resolve the situation, the person representing the hotel became increasingly incapable of maintaining a professional conversation. The most disturbing part? We were ultimately told to leave because we were supposedly a “threat to his safety.” Apparently, attempting to have a conversation and asking for a reasonable resolution was enough to warrant that accusation. Let that sink in. We were paying guests, denied accommodations, spent 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue, and were then treated as the problem. Hospitality is not simply about providing a room. It’s about professionalism, accountability, and treating people with basic dignity and respect. Unfortunately, this establishment failed at all three. What makes this experience particularly troubling isn’t that a problem occurred. Problems happen in every business. It’s how management chooses to handle them that reveals the true character of an establishment. I would strongly encourage future guests to consider this experience before booking. A r
