Access gorgeous hiking/mountain biking trails as you are just miles from the Blue Ridge. Or take a drive along its scenic route and stop for a picnic. Entertainment is endless as you are less then 20min from The Biltmore & Asheville

Entertainment:
- Game Room with pool table, shuffle board, poker table, dart board, 10 ft bar, and wine cabinet with a cocktail maker and a book w/ instructions on how to make your favorite cocktail!
- Downstairs patio with 8 chairs looking out over the flowers in the gardens
- 3 acres of gardens with beautiful flowers, trees, and a walking trail where you will frequently see turkeys and other wildlife
- 5 person hot tub with a TV above the hot tub so you can enjoy your favorite movie or the big game. Cable tv only
- 5 TVs... one in every room, one in the game room, and one above the hot tub

Main Level:
- Spacious living room with sectional pull out couch that can sleep 2 people.
- Fully stocked kitchen with large bar, stainless steal appliances, everything you need to make an enjoyable meal a part of this memorable trip
- Master Bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, walk in shower, and a sliding door to the deck.
- Full size deck that runs the full length of the house and has enough seating for the full group and a table to enjoy an outdoor meal.

Upstairs Loft:
- Beautiful loft that gives the perfect cozy cabin feel. There are two twin beds with trundle beds that roll out from each one so a total of 4 people can sleep in this room.

- Large bedroom w/ queen size bed and easy access to the game room and hot tub.
- Mini bedroom with bunk beds (two twins) and your favorite NBA Jam arcade game!

Parking:
Plenty of parking for all who wish to stay (8+ cars)

- 22 minutes from Asheville

- Within 10 minutes of hiking trails: West Ridge Trail, Graybeard Trail, River Walk Park, Lookout Mountain Trailhead, etc

You can access the property through a key code that will be emailed to you as soon as you book. This process is very easy and ensures that you do not need to come into contact with anybody at checkin. The code will expire at time of checkout.

We are a pet friendly location. Just let us know if you’re bringing any furry friends. We only charge a $125 fee. This is for the duration of your stay for each pet.

There's a grill onsite. Please bring your own charcoal. And smoking violation is $300.
