"This is a perfectly located property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with space between other homes. The backyard is wonderful and large. And the home is clean and has everything that would be needed. It actually is more spacious than the pictures can show. There’s so much to offer in Mt. Shasta and this property is a nice central location to access nature as well as town."

"This historical house is gorgeous and well maintained. It has a real old world feel to it, yet very comfortable. Location is absolutely superb - within an easy walk from downtown restaurants, and very close to skiing areas.We had a wonderful time."

"We LOVED this property, the ranch house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Our host Bill was great, he had great suggestions for activities and sight seeing. We enjoyed watching the 2 horses and the cattle meandering in the meadows just outside the ranch house. My wife and I with our 2 beagles spent 5 great days here, much of our time was spent on the ranch hiking and exploring the meadows, creeks, ponds and forests FANTASTIC VIEWS in every direction. There is so much to do in the...

"This is a cute place to stay. The fenced backyard was great for the dog. A hot tub was a HUGE plus. Inside is so warm and cozy. And soooo much hiking in the area. Will defiantly be back!!!! "

"Home is exactly as described and charming! Communication is prompt and excellent. I was especially appreciative of the local coffee and the good quality pans/knives. And although we didn't get to try the local kombucha in Shasta, these little touches were appreciated."

"This house was perfect for our three generations, ages 6 months to 72. Kitchen was well-equipped, game room, outdoor toys, zipline over the pond, enormous grassy field, and an outstanding view of Mt Shasta. Easy check in, and minimal check-out requirements. Our only negative is that we didn't book for more days!"

"This was a great place in a nice neighborhood, close to town. Lots of fun for the kiddos and dog friendly. Note when booking that the check-in / check-out times are later and earlier than you would expect, respectively."

"The property was just as described. A wonderful little home away from home. It is more like a smaller one-bedroom than a studio . Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Lindsey, the property manager, was very attentive for any needs we might have had. If we are ever in this area again this is our first choice, and the price was very affordable for us seniors."
