"Quiet hotel, fairly clean (musky odor in hallway and upon entering the room), good breakfast..didnt like the outside pool and the fact that i thought i would get a room with a sofa bed but didnt.⁰"

The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel."

"Restaurant and bar are available Mon-Sat. Front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast is so friendly. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area"

"Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time .."
