"Chambre propre, et fourniture de café/eau tous les jours. Vue superbe et lit confortable.
L'entretien laisse un peu à désirer (poignées de porte cassées, robinet de douche qui force sur la colonne, porte bloquée par carton plié,etc.)"

"Das einzig positive war der Ausblick vom Balkon und die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Appartement war ziemlich abgewohnt, lockere Armaturen im Bad, gebrochener Stuhl auf dem Balkon, lockere bzw. herabgefallene Vorhangstangen, Flecken auf der Couch, keine Tassen und keine Gläser im Appartement! Die Anlage ist insgesamt zwar durchdacht gebaut, aber absolut ungepflegt. Sehr schade! Die Liegen im Poolbereich waren abends von streunenden Katzen besetzt. Wir kommen nie wieder."

"Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould.
I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom.
Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

"Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

"What a gem! The location was great for included parking and accessibility to the Old Town by foot, just a mere 15 minute walk, initially taking stairs down to seaside and then a beautiful walk along the sea! The room was spacious and clean, modern and comfortable, including a patio for outdoor sitting! Tatjana was great for communicating once we connected altho it was an issue connecting through Expedia so better just send text directly to hotel number with WhatsApp. Definitely would stay here...
