"Even though the home is a little outdated with furnishings it was clean and had plenty of room. The property is large and you do need a car to drive to the beach area due to the bugs being extremely bad in the woods. We were not able to find access to the private pond to fish, the area was overgrown. Overall this was set back in a quiet location and no one bothered us. We appreciated the use of their home while we visited local family."

"The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You."

"The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us. My grandson enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. We rented bikes nearby and went for a nice bike ride around Blackwater Refuge. Loved the sunrises and sunsets and the extremely peaceful location. We even had a little visitor. My grandson named the little kitty Hooper. "

"This home was everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean and a beautiful location! There was a leak in the ceiling and the owners were very responsive and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this stay."

"House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath "

"The house was exactly how the pictures showed !Cute and cozy ,and clean ! Im a country girl and felt at home sitting on the porch,enjoying the breeze. The sound of the ocean was a bonus!! Quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and morning walk on the dock. Overall i enjoyed my stay appreciate the hospitality of the host and would booked again !! "

"This was a perfect place to stay, a bit far from our daily destination of Assateague but worth the drive for a place to unload and I unwind and relax without worrying about disturbing anyone, and with enough space for the whole family. We took advantage of the dock for crabbing and watching the sunset. Easy to get to, well stocked, easy to use and take care of, we would definitely stay here again."

They had a new grill to use, lots of outside equipment like bikes and kayaks to use, plenty of room inside to hang out with family, large yard was great for our dogs and the area is so quiet- we only saw a few people the whole time which was nice. Large dining table, poker table, washer and dryer, and chess table were all nice to have. Outside shower worked well. Lots of parking. "Our stay was amazing. The cabin was exactly as described. 9 family member stayed at the cabin comfortably. The view of the lake was breathtaking, the property was quiet and inviting with plenty of space for celebrating. We came to attend the Crab and Cruise experience which was a short drive from tge property. The surrounding city was quaint and friendly."
