"Absolutely wonderful stay! Owners were great. "Time Out" was wonderfully decorated inside and out. Great water feature outside with fish. Outside porch with hot tub. Additional deck with wading type pool. We WILL be staying there on all future trips to Hot Springs! Word of warning, watch out for Missy! She likes to sneak up on you (pet deer that thinks she's dog)! I can't think of a single negative thing about this place."

"This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again. "

"Everything about our experience was excellent. The only way it could be improved would be two things:1. Place needs dusted top to bottom.2. All pots and pans were Teflon and terribly scratched up, so couldn’t use them without eating flecks of Teflon. "
