We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite."

"Quite a few maintenance issues and repairs needed to room, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken thermostat, malfunctioning commode. The carpeting had a film on it which felt grimy when walking barefooted. The room felt damp, like moisture was trapped in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will not be staying here again."

"This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again."

"Check in was quick and efficient however they did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. Back door near our room to the outside did not lock at all. Also the breakfast is pretty much non existent."

"The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving."
