Outdoor Living & Privacy
The villa features a private swimming pool and expansive veranda, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. Most of the outdoor areas and pool are not overlooked, providing a peaceful retreat. Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa (except for a storage room), and the garden and pool are only occasionally accessed for scheduled maintenance.

Cas Abao is a gated, quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking privacy and tranquility. A small beach is accessible via a rocky path, while the nearby Playa Cas Abao offers soft white sand, a beach bar, and a dive shop—perfect for a day of sun, sea, and sand.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
