- Mobile Home on private and spacious plot:
. 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm) and a lounge area (with 1 sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed or 2 children).
. Living room with dining table.
. Equipped kitchen (4 gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils).
. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and sink.
. Separate toilet.
. Covered terrace with plancha, ideal for outdoor dining.

- Mobile Home equipment: TV (HDMI socket), Air conditioning, WIFI in the mobile home (optional 20 € per week), Heating, Vacuum cleaner, Sunbeds, 2 Adult/teen bicycles available free of charge.

- Parking: possibility to park 1 vehicle on the plot (and lake parking nearby).

. 9 km from the Ocean (Biscarrosse Plage 10 minutes by car)
. 24 km from the Dune du Pilat (20 min by car) and the Bassin d'Arcachon with Zoo, Aqualand, Accrobranche, Paragliding... (30 min by car)

Minimum rental of one week in July and August. The rest of the year, minimum rental of 2 days (closed in January and February).

Linen: Sheets, towels and kitchen towels are not provided (optional rent: €15/person). Duvets, pillows, bed pads and pillow protectors are provided.

Cleaning: When you leave, the accommodation must be ready to be rented again. The cleaning is completely done and the dishes are clean and tidy. Possibility to take the cleaning as an option: 70 €.

Pets: we no longer accept pets due to problems encountered with tenants.
