The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Hotel was spotless, we had a family room which had plenty of room and amenities. Staff were amazing and so friendly, breakfast was plentiful and had many options. We parked at the b4 car park which was a close walk and received a discount on check out.

The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. My room overlooked the street and so it was a bit noisy, especially if I opened the window for ventilation. The shower was very difficult to get right, either too hot or too cold.
