Perched on the 8th floor, our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers stunning views and abundant natural light from large windows throughout. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or entertaining!

~PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The building is currently giving the lobby and some shared amenities little makeover, so you may notice some light noise or minor changes in the common areas. Your unit will be peaceful and unaffected. We've already adjusted the rate to reflect this — it's lower than our usual summer pricing. We're sharing this in advance because your experience matters to us, and we'd truly hate for something like this to impact your stay or lead to a less-than-great review. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Building Access: To enter the building and your unit, all guests must download the Grata App on your mobile device. We recommend doing this before you arrive to make your check-in process quick and easy!

Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Terrible experience, little to no communication..... once we where able to get through and informed them we where not happy with the property they would not respond or answer calls: Multiple calls just to find the place and then multiple calls to get into the property, once we got in the room reeked of marijuana (we have 2 young kids and do not partake in any drug use). We walk out to our truck and are watching multiple people dig through the dumpster that where homeless along with one peeking in the windows of our very expensive truck, when we called about parking the response was "park on the street or whatever you can find". Needless to say we did not stay there for the 2 nights we had booked and have not received a refund from the company we booked with.

Cute little apartment

We had a quick overnight stay, the apartment was perfect for that! Parking was a struggle but we found something close by. The only complaint we had was the loud racing down the road in the middle of the night. The check in process was a little confusing due to a malfunction with the app that was used to open the door. Once the app worked there was no issue. However, the property manager was easy to get in touch with and helped right away!
