Welcome to Our Charming Studio Apartment!

~PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The building is currently giving the lobby and some shared amenities little makeover, so you may notice some light noise or minor changes in the common areas. Your unit will be peaceful and unaffected. We've already adjusted the rate to reflect this — it's lower than our usual summer pricing. We're sharing this in advance because your experience matters to us, and we'd truly hate for something like this to impact your stay or lead to a less-than-great review. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Building Access: To enter the building and your unit, all guests must download the Grata App on your mobile device. We recommend doing this before you arrive to make your check-in process quick and easy!

Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

Less than great

Had to pay some random additional fee for security (even though already over priced, plus bed was broken amoung other things). Pink pee stained shower curtain and pubes in bottom of shower. Couch cover was crummy, just generally heavily trafficked. Worst part was they were tearing up the tile in the lobby the entire stay so it was extremely loud and dusty coming and going. No on-site parking. Was like a basic hotel, only plus was laundry and stove. The property manager was super quick to respond during check in though.

The location for this property isn’t the greatest, parking is horrible no designated park there is a parking garage in the back but smells like pee lol but once you actually get inside for this listing it will make you forget all about everything is the property is so beautiful and cozy

Overall pretty nice. We were a party of three. There was a queen bed and a couch. But no sheets or extra pillows or anything to sleep on the couch. The blinds were also stuck open halfway. Otherwise it was great.

Great place to stay HORRIBLE parking situation!!!!!

The property is awesome! Great location near restaurants and nightlife plus the University area BUT the listing does not inform you about the horrendous parking situation. There are ZERO parking accommodations for the renter. The pevparking meters have to be fed
