"The lake is amazingly beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of beds for our large group of mostly kids. The driveway and walk down to the lake is rather steep,, but very manageable. We had a great visit and would return again. "

"The property was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Skagit River from the back porch and family room area. We used the home as a base for driving into the North Cascades National Park and doing day hikes. We did Cascade pass, Maple pass, and Blue Lake trails and then enjoyed the beautiful drive back to the rental home each day where we prepared a delicious meal using the grill and enjoying the dining area with a view of the river. "We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, an above average VRBO. Well appointed with the essentials and very clean. The portable AC unit upstairs kept that area cool enough. It was running when we arrived, a nice touch. We found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable. The big hot tub was in good shape and clean, chemicals not to heavy. It was great to hit the tub at the end of a long day driving/hiking. We cleaned up the hummingbird feeders (no soap), and filled them with the usual 4-1...

"Easy check in, very happy with the home, walking distance to the town of Sedro-Woolley. The town has restaurants, bars, antique stores.We enjoyed our stay!"

"Great lakeside location with plenty of room inside and outside. We used the paddle board and canoe on the lake and twice saw a bald eagle flying overhead. The back deck has a nice table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The dining room also has plenty of room indoors for meals around the large round table. The kitchen itself is on the small side, but workable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt the property had everything we were looking for."
