"We came from a long-haul flight that arrived around 5 AM, so I had to book the room starting the night before to ensure I would have a room when I arrived in Manila. I had already communicated this arrangement in advance and was told that reception would be informed about our arrival.
However, when I arrived, I was told that someone stayed in the room and they have to clean it. Since I had technically already paid for the room for the previous night, I expected it to be available when I...

"Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back.
The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend."

"This was a really nice building and the room was good. There’s a ton of amenities but our key card didn’t work so we had to ask someone to let us in any time we wanted to use pool or gym. Everyone was friendly and it’s in a safe area."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home!
After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue!
From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home.
What stood out during...
