The Agave House in Ocean Springs is the perfect place to experience a multitude of both exciting and relaxing activities. Situated within walking distance from downtown there is no better place to be. Being just steps away from culture, entertainment, nightlife, shopping and restaurants provides all the right ingredients for a memorable stay.

Come experience the laid-back fun atmosphere created by a community of well-preserved historical homes and cottages only blocks from beaches, picturesque harbor, and breathtaking scenery and begin to feel your stress melt away.

Are you here for a festival or Cruising the Coast? Are you bringing a boat or a trailer? Take advantage of the 31-foot fenced in part of the driveway perfect to store whatever you are pulling.

Want to relax and kick back and be together? Use the grill for a backyard BBQ and enjoy some fun times with family and friends under the party lights of the gazebo and roast some smores in the firepit. Let your pet run free in the large pet-friendly fenced in back yard.

The Agave House offers a clean two-bedroom one bath home away from home with comforts and amenities to enhance your stay. During your getaway take a break and watch your favorite movies and shows on one of the 43-inch Roku TVs powered by the strongest Wifi signal AT&T has to offer. Take time to treat and pamper yourself with a hot bath in the unique clawfoot bathtub.

Bring as much as you need to be happy because there is plenty of room to spread out in the big bedroom which includes a huge walk-in closet and large dresser with a mirror perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town or at the casinos! The bigger bedroom is furnished with one comfortable queen and one double bed and the smaller bedroom is furnished with one double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The foundation is laid for you to fill your evenings with great food, warm laughter, and magical moments together in the kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. Take advantage of the microwave, oven, glass top stove, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, coffee maker and toaster in making your favorite meals.

Easy access to exercise is available at Freedom Park located only one block away. Keep healthy during your stay by going for a walk, jog or run on the modern track with a rubberized surface, workout at the exercise stations or head a few blocks south and go along the sidewalk path by the beach or if real ambitious go over the 3 mile Biloxi bridge on the pedestrian path.

The host was very responsive and kind, the house was exceptionally clean, it was very cute and well stocked with essentials. The fecnced back yard was perfect and we appreciate it being pet friendly. It was in a great location and we felt very safe.

Highly recommended, especially if you have dogs! Fully fenced, secure yard with plenty of room to run and throw a ball. The fence also opens wide enough to pull your vehicle into the backyard. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of great food options nearby. Home is clean and well-kept. Host communicated everything upfront and was quick to respond with questions.

We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the location. We were a family of three traveling with our dog. We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home was clean and easy to access. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Communications with the owner was great. It was a nice weekend getaway. We would book this location again.

Confusing lights

There were Christmas lights on the porch that we were unable to find a way to use. The lights inside had really weird placements (ex: back light in utility room). Living room was incredibly dark. Backyard was disappointing because the back area was overgrown. It might be helpful to put light instructions in the welcome book. Never been to a rental and asked to strip beds.

The living room furniture was ridiculous! Smelled of pure urine. Never been to vaca rental that did not have a Keruig coffee maker!!!! Needs updates desperately!!! Location is excellent, close to everything. Needs curtains!!!!!!

Wonderful stay in a charming neighborhood!

Everything was perfect. The owner was communicative, answering any questions almost immediately. Check-in was a breeze and the house was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. There’s a beautiful backyard and the neighbors were friendly. It’s a quiet neighborhood but only a block to Government St. where we had dinner when we arrived and found a little coffee & donut shop around the corner the next morning. Can’t say enough good things and we’ll be back next time we’re through charming Ocean Springs!

Let me say this was a very stressful time for all of us in Florida. Mrs. Dani was absolutely amazing. She made everything so easy. Communication, we could not have ask for any better. Location, absolutely amazing. Take a short walk and you have food, shops, toys, candy, bars, and live music You can sit in the fenced in backyard in the gazebo at night with the lights on and listen to the amazing live music. Walk in the house and you have silence. Neighborhood was absolutely great. Everyone is quite. Gives you the very safe feeling that you do not get from other properties. You have people walking and exercising and golf carts cruising by. I would rate Higher than a 5 hands down. The only thing we wasnt sure about was there are no blinds or curtains in the kitchen area. However, its a fenced in backyard and the AC works great. So we had no complants. We will be staying again, just hopefully not running from a hurricane. You will also love Mrs. Dani she is amazing.

Location of Agave house is perfect for our annual stay in OS for the MS Songwriter festival. Convenient access to venues and restaurants and bike rides in the beach. Great fenced yard for the dogs as well.

Enjoyed stay

Overall our experience was great it was a last minutes booking we did, I was stressing due to halving 2 dogs. When I came across Justins rental I was very grateful and relieved that its pet friendly! The home was excellent location was great. My kids enjoyed the stay they wished we could have stayed longer the dogs enjoyed the doggy door. We will definitely be booking again with no doubt!

Very Disappointed

First, let me say that the location of this property is great. It’s a very short distance to the main parts of town and all of its attractions. Ocean Springs is a wonderful place. The condition of the property was disappointing to say the least. I have no way of knowing when the pictures on Vrbo were first posted, but they aren’t representative of the current situation. When we first arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. The grass wasn’t mown (too high for our poodle), Agave plant was half dead and the leaves from the live oak tree hadn’t been swept off the front porch. Without going through a detailed description of each item: stove top and oven didn’t work, no shades or curtains in dining area or kitchen, a few spiders, trash in outside bin hadn’t been taken out in weeks, gazebo furniture was broken and worn, couch and rug were smelly, … We cut our stay short.

Wonderful stay!

Cute house in the historic district with everything you need! Within walking distance to the cool downtown shops and restaurants- or you can rent a golf cart nearby! Just about a 5 minute or so drive to the beach. Pictures are accurate and host is very responsive- easy check in. We appreciated the notebook with all of the local shopping/restaurants nearby. Overall a great stay!

Nice place to stay

This was our second year staying here. The inside is clean and comfortable. The big bedroom faces the road and could use some curtains or light blocking blinds since the street light shines directly in there at night. The location is good. Quiet neighborhood and a block or two away from downtown so easy walking to grab a coffee, something to eat or a drink. The backyard is fenced in which is nice for the dog. However the outside leaves something to be desired. The pictures shown of the backyard look really nice, but they must be old photos as everything is overgrown now and is in definite need of some TLC. The grass hadn’t been mowed for at least 2 weeks, which was a little disappointing. Overall it is a good property to stay at.
