We had lots of luggage and asked several times for help with storing it while we were arranging things and loading it into a van. "The outlet wasn't working so I could do my work. I was not accommodated whatsoever. They simply brushed me off and said "sorry the maintenance man left and the rooms are booked." No other way to take care of a paying customer."

"The stay was fine. I was't in the room alot. But I never got a receipt for the stay. There was somehow 2 bookings. Desk agent canceled booth and rebooked. He said he was going to cancel one of the stays but canceled both and rebooked. This made the stay more expensive. The amount was not too much more but it was still more. Trying to get a receipt for my stay was like pulling teeth. I probably won't stay at this property again, unless I have no choices."
