Renovated home in vintage neighborhood, close to airport, hospitals, & downtown.

This spacious 2-level home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open kitchen/dining, living room, family room, upper deck and lower patio. This quaint and private home, located in a quiet neighborhood in midtown Billings, is ideal for up to six guests. Washer and dryer is included along with three 65" smart TV’s. All four Montana seasons happen in the over-sized back yard!!! The flowers/birds in the Spring; beautiful sunshine and green grass through the Summer; vibrant leaf colors in the Fall; and snow for making snow angels in the Winter! Various wildlife can be seen year-around!
Please note our Rules and Policies: the Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older - photo ID may be requested; maximum of 6 guests; teens 13-17 welcome; no pets; no smoking; no events or parties.
The Billings-Logan International Airport, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, and Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital and Billings Clinic Hospital are only a few minutes away. The MetraPark/Interstate Arena is ten minutes away. Abundant downtown nightlife includes fine dining, local brew pubs, and a distillery as well as the famous Alberta Bair Theatre, Yellowstone Art Museum, Western Heritage Center, the Babcock, and the Arthouse, all only five minutes away.
Billings is wonderfully located for many indoor and outdoor activities! There are many walking, hiking, and biking trails located throughout the City. The golf courses are pristine through the summer! The historical 32-acre Pioneer Park is only a few blocks away! We have the outdoor Oasis Water Park and the indoor Reef Water Park. The Centennial Ice Arena is open to the public with skate rentals in the winter. Skate World (roller skates) is open year around. There are many developed historical sites within 30 miles of Billings. Red Lodge is a wonderful little resort town, only 60 miles away. Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort, nestled in the Beartooth Mountains, offers skiing and snowboarding with 65 trails and slopes!!

Wonderful two week stay at Park Lane. Gorgeous weather and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the neighborhood and walking to so many local gems. The home is literally our home away from home andWe enjoy our stays! Highly recommend.

Park Lane Blue

Hello. I’m sorry for the tardiness of this response. Things did not go as planned for me and I did not join my husband at the house. Instead I stayed home with a stomach bug. That said, my husband loved your well appointed house. I hope he left it in perfect condition but I have to say I’m sure he did as he is even more fastidious at times than I am. We look forward to staying with you again when we are able to leave our dogs, as pets are not an option in this property. We are so happy to have made your acquaintance to have found such a lovely place on the same street as our daughter. Thanks again!

Fantastic stay at this cozy and incredibly comfortable and well appointed home. The weather was super cold but the house with the gas fireplaces kept us comfortable for the two weeks we were at the home. Highly recommend.

Nice, well stocked house in great neighborhood.

The beds were very comfortable, house was super clean, I can’t say enough about how well stocked it is, everything you need. We stay in vrbo’s a lot. Yard was adorable with landscaping. Cute safe neighborhood to walk in. We will stay again!

Park Lane Paradise

Beautiful home in a lovely community in Billings. The home was close to everything and walking distance to the hospital, downtown, the gym and many restaurants. The home and property is really beautiful, cozy and well appointed. Linda was a gem. Looking forward to our next stay at this home.

A welcome and beatiful home

Such a great place to stay. The host provided a welcome breakfast bread and coffee which we truly enjoyed. The home a beautifully appointed and comfortable. I needed to extend our stay by a day and communication with the host was fast and helpful. Our stay was interrupted as my wife had to spend a day in the ER at the Billings Clinic. I can tell you that leaving the ER and coming "home" made this all the more comfortable, for all of us. We visit our son once a year and look forward to staying here in the future.

More than expected

Stayed in this lovely home with family. Lots of room for everyone! The kids enjoyed having their own space in the lower level to watch their movies! That gave the adults the main floor to visit. Especially enjoyed the upper deck in the morning for coffee. Beautiful property. Well Done!

Perfect

The location was absolutely perfect. Centrally located and easy to get to places. The house itself was amazing. We were able to be comfortable and it felt like home. We BBQ’d a few times, played in the back yard, and relaxed as a family in the home. The home was supplied with household needs extremely well. The hosts communication with us was excellent. There was a low battery alert for a lock and they remedied it immediately without any issues. We had deer, ducks and turkey’s come to visit us as well. All in all it was a perfect get a way in a perfect spot!

Perfect

Perfect location with walking access to Pioneer park and a very short drive to downtown. This is a lovely home, clean, modernized, and tastefully decorated. It is the best VRBO of it's sized that I have ever stayed in.
